Yes, we offer free shipping all over the world. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Q: “What shipping carriers do you use?”
We ship all of our orders with UPS, DHL & USPS.
Q: “Do I need to pay duties & taxes?”
Import duties and taxes may apply on orders outside the US.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
-Countryof origin of the purchased product
-Local VAT rates
-Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control.

We produce most of our clothing in the US, and Latin America with the highest quality standards.
Q:"Do we offer a repair service?"
We do not offer a repair service, however, we do offer a 2 year warranty on all of our swim-shorts, if you bought the item from our website and it has a manufacturing defect we will do our best to get this repaired for you, or replace your item. Please send us an email to support@azulsiete.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our swim shorts
If you have bought a pair of swim shorts and they have not performed well, we will repair or replace them.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: "Do you offer exchanges?"
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return items purchased from our azul Siete site. In this case the item must be in original packaging, tags and be unused.
